Boiler Service Summary Findings • Upon arrival, the customer stated that the boiler was not turning on. • After investigation, the boiler was found to initiate operation; however, the ignition sequence was not being completed properly. • The flame rollout switch located directly above the burner assembly was found to be non-operational. • The combination hot surface igniter/flame sensor was tested and showed appropriate resistance for the ignition portion. However, proper flame rectification could not be verified. But hot surface igniter is visually broken at bottom of igniter. Recommendations • ASAP Plumbing, Heating & Cooling recommended replacing the failed flame rollout switch and the combination hot surface igniter/flame sensor. • These repairs were recommended as the first step toward restoring proper boiler operation. • Replacement of these known components does not guarantee that additional issues will not be discovered further into the boiler’s sequence of operation.

Upon arrival, customer stated they had leak in the wall. Checked for crawlspace, no access found. Believe to be a slab homeowners don’t know crawlspace entry as well.. Attic there was no plumbing in the attic other than vents. Went back to bathroom to investigate sound further that if I touched the wall, the sound changed then I touched the shelf and it made the same sound as the leak sound. Remove shelf from wall. Sound stopped completely. It is believe that the vibration of the pipe was causing the shelf to creek due to plumbing running through same stud that shelf is in. No further issues regarding leak found at this time. Bathroom sink does seem to have a slow drain. Will attach estimate to invoice.
