Cut open sheet rock under vanity area to search for leak. This does not include repairs, this is just to diagnose issue. Scope of work does not include the repair or replacement of any drywall, sheetrock, paint, wallpaper, or any other finishing materials or decorations that may be affected by the plumbing services. This exclusion applies to both the areas directly impacted by the plumbing work and any collateral damage that may occur as a result of accessing the plumbing systems. Cut open sheet rock to determine where leak was. Found dryer venting to be disconnected somewhere possibly up into the roof area. Walls are filled with lint. Tenant states landlord recently had dryer vent cleaned. When wall is open with dryer on you can smell and feel slight air coming through the hole I cut.
