Attempt to cut through roots until customer is ready to have pipes replaced. Line is currently collapsing and filled with roots. We cannot guarantee that this will fix the issue. Ran snake for 35 minutes poked through roots continued to attempt to clear as many as possible. Checked that house fixture were draining. No warranty due to condition of the pipe. ASAP will supply all materials. Line is on an active backup. Arrive and pull toilet out o clear clog. Asses and find that ABS section connecting toilet and front sink is backpitched. Even after cabling into the tank the line still held water. Cut out ABS section from front bathroom. Cut out cast fittings and lines coming from second downstairs bathroom. Cut out cast fittings and pipe coming from upstairs bathroom Cut out cast fitting from sinks in bathroom near bedroom. Install new 2 and 3 inch PVC pipe and fittings. Ensure all pipes were pitched properly. Tested every fixture and checked for leaks. Verified flow into tank at baffle. Serv Pro coming tomorrow to do cleanup . 30 feet of 3 inch 20 feet of 2 inch One year parts and labor warranty only on the pipe we installed. 30 day clog warranty.

Customer complains that toilet gurgles and tub does as well when the toilet is flushed. Opened cleanout at his unit, it is almost full with standing water. Pulled cleanout cap nearest to septic tank. It is full with waste. Attempt to curb plunge the cleanout. At this time I pulled the lid and safety lid from tank. Level is almost to top of the riser. This tank serves units 5-12. 5-8 are all clear as they are higher on the plane leading into the tank. Ran camera through 9,10,11,and 12. All these lines are holding. There is also another cleanout on the main trunk between 11 and 12 that is also backed up. Tank was pumped the day after we were here last time. Tank is over full and is not draining as it should. Office said there was previously roots in the outbound line to the field or seepage pit. Recommend having tank pumped ASAP and then we can get in and inspect the outbound line. Arrived at customer home, only seepage pit was exposed. Had to locate and dig up septic tank lid. Suggest 6 inch riser to bring lid to grade and prevent root intrusion,also fo easy access. Pumped out 1000 gallons minimum.

Found jet pump not working and still under warranty to be due to dirty contacts on pressure switch. Cleaned contacts and cycled pump multiple times to be sure issue was alleviated. Switch is contacting properly at this time.
