Upon arrival, I was informed that the garbage disposal was leaking. After inspection, I confirmed the garbage disposal was leaking. The customer stated they had attempted to plunge the kitchen drain, which likely caused the garbage disposal to separate at the mounting ring and compromise the seal. I replaced the garbage disposal and tested the installation. During testing, I found the kitchen sink drain was clogged. With the customer’s approval, I performed a kitchen sink drain cleaning service, successfully cleared the blockage, and retested the drain. Proper drainage was restored, and no additional issues were found. Description of Services: 1. Initial Inspection and Assessment: * Visual inspection of the affected drain. * Assessment of the blockage severity and accessibility. 2. Drain Cleaning Services: * Mechanical snaking of line up to an hour. * Removal of common obstructions such as hair, grease, food debris, etc. 3. Post-Cleaning Inspection: * Functionality check of the drain
Upon arrival, the customer reported a dripping noise coming from the wall along with a gurgling sound during operation of the air conditioning system. Upon inspection, I found that the condensate drain line had been installed into the washing machine drain box and inserted too far into the drain. This was causing the condensate discharge to create a gulping/gurgling effect as the A/C drained. The air conditioning system was installed within the past three months and remains under the installer’s warranty. I advised the customer to contact the original installer to correct the condensate drain installation, as this issue should be addressed under the existing warranty. Additionally, the customer reported that their dryer was not operating properly. Based on the symptoms described, there may be an issue with the dryer’s heating element. I also recommended having the dryer vent inspected and replaced if necessary, as a restricted or deteriorated vent can contribute to poor dryer perform
