On arrival, I was informed that this may be a possible callback. Upon further investigation, I determined that this is not a callback, as the prior technician only performed drain-related work and the current issues are with the kitchen faucet water supply and shutoff valves. I found that the water supply line feeding the customer-supplied kitchen faucet was leaking, along with the cold-side shutoff valve. I presented these findings to the customer and explained that these issues should be corrected. I also informed the customer that the hot-side shutoff valve was the same age as the cold-side valve and recommended replacing both valves at this time. After approval, I replaced both the hot and cold shutoff valves and connected the customer-supplied kitchen faucet. I tested the faucet and all connections for proper operation and verified that there were no additional leaks. I replaced the water alarm and cleaned the work area. No additional problems were found at this time. Warranty:

HVAC Service Summary Completed Work 1. AC Tune-Up Performed AC tune-up as requested by the customer. Inspected accessible HVAC components for overall operation and performance. 2. Filter Replacement Removed the existing air filter, which had last been changed in May 2025. Installed a new ASAP-supplied air filter. 3. Refrigerant Evaluation Checked system refrigerant readings during the tune-up. Found that refrigerant levels were not ideal.
