First, Collect Some Estimates

Reach out to eligible competitors to obtain detailed estimates for specific services in plumbing, heating, or air conditioning.

• Obtain a Verified Estimate: Secure a confirmed service quote from a qualifying competitor.
• Submit Your Estimates and Photos Within Three Days of receiving a competitor’s estimate, upload the estimate along with photos of the project.

Important Note: To be considered valid, your estimates must include details such as the competitor’s name, brand, model name or number, and a breakdown of equipment and service costs.

Next, We Evaluate Your Submitted Estimates

Once you’ve submitted your estimates, a member of our team will carefully review them. We will then either present you with a counteroffer that offers better value or, if you’ve already secured the best deal available, we’ll let you know that we can’t beat it.

Should we find that we can’t provide a more valuable offer than what you’ve already received, all you’ll need to do is proceed with the competitor’s service. Complete the installation or service, make the payment, and then send us the final service receipt, work agreement, and before-and-after photos of the project. This must be submitted to us within one week of receiving our quote.

Upon proof and receipt of the completed job, we’ll send you a check for $200
